Use AI responsibly and confidently.

Your team is already using AI. The question is whether they're experimenting wisely — or just hoping for the best. I help organizations move from scattered experiments to a clear, shared game plan.

Here's what I keep seeing.

Leadership is frozen

Everyone knows AI matters. Nobody knows where to take the first step. So nothing happens — or worse, everything happens at once with no coordination.

Some people get it. Most don't — yet.

A few people on your team are already using AI to do real work. The rest haven't started — or tried once and bounced off. Without a shared language and shared practice, that gap just keeps growing.

Most AI training fails twice.

It bores the people who are already experimenting and intimidates the people who aren't. A hype-filled demo doesn't help your skeptics, and a cautionary lecture doesn't help your power users. Your team needs something that meets everyone where they actually are.

My approach

Literacy and dexterity together.

Reading a cookbook doesn't teach you how to be a chef — you have to cook. I teach both: understanding what AI is and isn't, then building the hands-on skill to actually use it well.

Build AI Literacy

Develop the ability to understand, navigate, and critically reflect on AI. What is this technology, really? What can it do? What are the actual risks — not the ones in the news, but the ones that affect your work, your team, and the people you serve?

I don't sugarcoat it. AI is built on systems, systems concentrate power, and systems are flawed. Your team deserves to know that ignoring AI doesn't make those problems go away — it just means other people get to shape the tools without you.

Practice AI Dexterity

Use AI tools to perform tasks faster, more precisely, and in ways that go beyond your traditional capabilities. This isn't about becoming a prompt engineer. It's about developing a feel for what AI is actually good at versus what it claims to be good at.

Ethan Mollick calls this the "Jagged Frontier" — AI capabilities aren't a smooth line. Some things it nails. Some things it confidently gets wrong. The only way to learn the difference is to practice, and I design that practice into every engagement.

What I believe

You're not behind.

If you're engaging with AI now, you're exactly where you need to be. Most people still haven't used a chatbot. And the last few years have been navigating a lot of hype. Here are some of my personal rules for using AI that I've developed since experimenting and researching since the release of ChatGPT 3.5 in November 2022.

01

AI should expand your capabilities, not just speed things up.

I'm not interested in helping your team write emails faster. I want them doing things they couldn't do before — or doing their best work even better.

02

You need to co-work with AI by trusting it at the right times.

AI makes it easy to automate decisions without questioning them. Same data, same defaults, same blind spots — scaled across your whole organization. I teach teams when to trust their tools, when to push back, and how to tell the difference.

03

Your experts should be in the driver's seat, not someone else's algorithm.

AI companies build for thousands of customers — not for your team, your values, or your objectives. If you just go along with the defaults, you're leaving real gains on the floor and outsourcing your judgment to people who've never met your people. I help your team build their own frameworks so the people who know your work best are the ones shaping how AI fits into it.

How I work with teams

No templates. No one-size-fits-all.

Every organization has different needs, different fears, and different levels of readiness. I learn about yours before I build anything.

AI Trainings

Custom workshops for your team — from technical deep dives into how these models actually work, to fun, gamified explorations of what's possible. Trainings range from a single session to a multi-week series. I fit the format to your people, not the other way around.
